1. General Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding Your use of the Platform. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Privacy Policy or applicable service agreements.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Platform provides informational content about Saafe 360° - TSP Suite for AA, Analytics, and Saafe KYC offerings. Content on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding commercial offer; specific engagements are governed by separate signed agreements with the relevant FIU, FIP, or partner.

3. User Information

Where the Platform requires You to register or submit information, You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including the Master Directions and RBI guidelines governing the Account Aggregator ecosystem;
• Copy, reproduce, or infringe any intellectual property available on the Platform;
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to extract content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without authorisation; or
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Platform or Services.

5. Third Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services, including Financial Information Providers and payment processors. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such third parties, and Your use of them is at Your own risk and subject to their own terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saafe Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Platform or Services.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saafe Tech, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform or Services, without prior notice and without liability, if We reasonably believe You have violated these Terms or applicable law.

9. No Waiver and Severability

No failure or delay by Saafe Tech in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms may only be amended in writing by Saafe Tech.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Third Party Rights

These Terms are for the benefit of You and Saafe Tech only, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.

13. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer Your rights or obligations under these Terms without Our prior written consent. Saafe Tech may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or successor entity without notice to You.
